Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Period & Return
  1. The rental period is defined by the pickup and return dates listed above, based on the event date and the item's designated buffer days.
  2. The Customer must return the rented item(s) by the Return Deadline listed above.
  3. Late returns will incur a fee of $50.00 per day beyond the Return Deadline.
2. Security Deposit
  1. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup.
  2. The deposit will be fully refunded when the item is returned in good condition by the Return Deadline.
  3. If the item is returned with minor damage, the deposit may be partially forfeited to cover repair costs.
  4. If the item is returned with major damage or is not returned, the full deposit is forfeited and the Customer may be liable for the full replacement cost of the item.
  5. Deposit refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
3. Customer Responsibilities
  1. The Customer is responsible for the rented item(s) from the moment of pickup until return to AmeerArt.
  2. The item(s) must be handled with care. Avoid exposure to water, extreme heat, direct sunlight, or rough surfaces.
  3. The Customer must not modify, alter, disassemble, or attempt to repair the item(s).
  4. A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) must be presented at pickup.
4. Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation is permitted at no charge before customization/production has begun on the item.
  2. If customization has already started, the rental fee is non-refundable.
  3. To cancel, contact AmeerArt by phone at (708) 501-5755 or via WhatsApp.
5. Personalization
  1. All personalization (names, dates, calligraphy, verses) will be applied as specified in the Event Information section above.
  2. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.
  3. Changes after production has started may incur additional fees.
6. Liability
  1. AmeerArt / 123 Signs Inc is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the rented item(s).
  2. The Customer assumes all risk associated with the transportation, setup, and use of the item(s) during the rental period.
