- ☐ Florist — Bring inspiration photos. Be clear about your color palette.
- ☐ Officiant / Imam — Discuss ceremony requirements and any cultural customs.
Book 6-8 Months Out
- ☐ Baker / Cake Designer — Multi-tier, fondant, buttercream? Schedule a tasting.
- ☐ Hair and Makeup Artist — Book a trial session before committing.
- ☐ Transportation — Limos, party buses, or vintage cars.
- ☐ Invitation Designer/Printer — Allow time for design, proofs, printing, and mailing.
Book 3-4 Months Out
- ☐ Wedding Display Designer — Ring trays, hoop stands, welcome signs, shabka platforms need 2-3 weeks to customize.
- ☐ Photo Booth Rental — A fun addition guests always love.
- ☐ Lighting Designer — Uplighting and pin spots transform a venue.
- ☐ Henna Artist — For the bride's henna night (mehndi).
