These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ameerart.com and any purchase or service you make through the site. The site is operated by 123 Signs Inc., doing business as AmeerArt ("AmeerArt," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and personalization

AmeerArt offers handcrafted wedding, engagement, and celebration displays — including acrylic stands, mirror trays, calligraphy pieces, balloons, signs, and related accessories. Many of our products are made to order and customized with names, dates, and blessings you supply.

• Colors shown on the website are representative. Slight variations may occur due to your screen, the natural variation of materials (wood, mirror, fabric, etc.), and the handmade nature of the products.
• Custom personalization is entered at checkout. Please review your spelling, dates, and names carefully — errors that match what you provided are not eligible for free replacement.
• Inventory shown on the site is updated frequently but is not guaranteed. If a product is unavailable after your order is placed we will contact you for a substitution, hold, or refund.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required.
• We use Stripe as our payment processor. By submitting a payment you accept Stripe's terms.
• Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted page and are never received or stored by AmeerArt.
• If a price is listed at an obvious error (for example, a high-value piece showing at a few cents), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged.
• Some smaller favor items are sold by the dozen and have a minimum order quantity of 12 per item — this is shown on each product page.

4. Shipping, pickup, and delivery

Shipping

• We ship within the continental United States. Shipping is $3.99 on standard orders, and free on orders over $50.
• Production times vary by product. Many made-to-order pieces require 5–10 business days before shipment; this will be confirmed by email after your order is received.
• Once shipped, transit time depends on the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and destination. Tracking, when available, is provided via email and on the order tracking page.

Local pickup

Free pickup is available from our Chicago Ridge, IL workshop. You will receive an email when your order is ready, with the pickup address and hours.

Rentals

Some pieces are available for rental. Rental terms, deposit, delivery fee, and return window are described on the specific product page and confirmed by email after booking. Late returns or damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions from the deposit.

5. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Because many products are personalized, our return policy is as follows:

• Personalized / made-to-order items (anything customized with names, dates, blessings, or custom calligraphy) are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. We will replace or refund a personalized item only if the personalization differs from what you submitted, or if the item arrives damaged.
• Standard (non-personalized) items may be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged in transit — please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at info@ameerart.com. We will replace, repair, or refund at our discretion.
• Order cancellation — cancellations are accepted free of charge before production begins (usually within 24 hours of order placement). After production begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation; please contact us as soon as possible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. Order acceptance and verification

An order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order — it confirms we received it. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order any payment will be refunded in full.

7. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, photographs, designs, logos, calligraphy templates, and product images — is the property of AmeerArt (123 Signs Inc.) or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Customer-supplied content

If you upload reference photos, designs, or text for your personalized order, you represent that you have the right to use that content and you grant AmeerArt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order. You agree not to submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that is unlawful or offensive.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Do not attempt to access administrative areas or other users' data.
• Do not submit false information, fraudulent payment details, or otherwise abuse our order or coupon systems.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmeerArt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will AmeerArt or 123 Signs Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or your purchase, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AmeerArt, 123 Signs Inc., and our officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information you provide on the site. By using the site you agree to our privacy practices as described there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
