Absolutely. We send a digital proof showing the layout of your names, date, and any calligraphy or verses for your approval before we begin crafting. Nothing gets made until you love it.

If production hasn't started yet, changes are no problem at all. Once crafting begins, modifications may incur an additional fee depending on the stage. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Choose a design, personalize it with your names and date, and select your event date. We customize the piece and deliver it before your event. After the celebration, simply return it within the specified window. A refundable security deposit is required at pickup.

A refundable security deposit is collected when you pick up or receive the rental piece. Return it in good condition and you get the full deposit back. If the item is damaged or not returned, the deposit may be partially or fully forfeited.
